Biography

Mr. Fuchsen is responsible for identifying, managing and executing the company’s mergers and acquisitions strategy and overseeing the Middleby corporate tax function in his role as Chief Development Officer which he assumed in 2023. He leads a Middleby key strategic growth initiative, directing activities associated with adding synergistic new companies to the Middleby portfolio. Before joining Middleby in 2011, Mr. Fuchsen was a senior manager with Deloitte Tax LLP. He received a bachelor’s and master’s in accounting degrees from Elmhurst (Ill.) University.
