Biography

Ms. Cerwin was named CFO of The Middleby Corporation in 2026. She joined Middleby in 2011 and has consistently taken on roles of increasing responsibility within Middleby finance. As Chief Accounting Officer, a position she assumed in 2023, she oversaw and directed the financial reporting across all Middleby business units and led the integration of acquisitions. Prior to that role, Ms. Cerwin served as Corporate Controller. Before joining Middleby, Ms. Cerwin was an auditor at Grant Thornton, LLP in Chicago. She holds both a bachelor’s degree and master’s degree in accounting from Bradley University.
