Biography

Tejas Shah is founder and CEO of Palo Alto Labs, a management consulting firm specializing in AI led product innovation and Business Transformation. Previously Tejas Shah was SVP of Sales Transformation and Global CIO of Fluence Energy, Inc. where he was responsible for leading Sales transformation, Cybersecurity, Digital Transformation, and global Corporate Engineering. Before Fluence Energy he was the Chief Information Officer at Tonal. Earlier in his career, Mr. Shah held executive level positions at Arlo Technologies, Inc.(2018-22), where he was responsible for the vision, strategy, and P&L of the subscription and services business. Specifically, he managed product management, monetization, growth, software engineering, platform operations, cybersecurity, and IT functions.
